Acorn Wood Designs Limited is a privately owned company founded in 1984 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Over the years, we have grown from a one-man operation into a computerized manufacturer employing many skilled craftsmen, as well as a base of apprentices. We have also developed a well-established range of suppliers and this has helped in providing us with the knowledge and versatility to take on a wide variety of challenges. We have participated not only in our local market, but also have successfully participated throughout Canada, the United States and overseas.

In 2008 Acorn joined AWMAC. (Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada, BC chapter)
At the Annual Awards Diner held April 16, 2009 Acorn won the Gold Award of Excellence for service on an export project for a Keg Restaurant in Tempe, Arizona. Needless to say, we at Acorn were all very excited and proud of this achievement.

We are fully computerized with the latest Cad systems and CNC equipment to produce both one-off custom as well as short run production pieces. We are also equipped with in-house finishing facilities and staff and can provide installation for all of our product.
